Deeper into the Art of Teaching Yoga: Quarterly Weekend Immersions

When teaching, we often see misalignment and poor form in our students.  These problems result from inflexibility, over-flexibility and simple misunderstanding of the intention of an asana. As teachers we must also have a clear understanding of the action of an asana in order to give an effective verbal or manual adjustment.  In the workshop we will explore when and how to adjust.  There will be plenty of time for questions and practice.  This workshop is for students interested in or already teaching yoga.
